ITC Limited Internship 2023 Eligibility Criteria :
Job Description
- Creating promoter app with Appilary agency and ensuring that pins are shared with promoter and supervisor
- Making reporting formats at the start of the activity and getting them approved by the brand
- Coordinating with the agency on briefing time and being part of the shortlisting process along with the brand & sales team
- Maintaining a promoter scoring sheet while interviewing promoters for all the activity and sharing the selected promoter list with the agency and brand
- Coordinating and getting SOP documents for each project from the agency and fixing report-sharing time with agencies
- Sharing reports twice a week for monthly activities and on Mondays for every weekend activity
- Analyzing the activity reports and performance of promoters/outlet
- Checking if the agency is updating the start message, portal attendance of promoter, SOH update, and end sales update for all ongoing projects,
- Conducting market visits of ongoing projects (80% of activity visits will take place over the weekend)
- Coordinating with agencies related to project requirement
