Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures and documentation.
- Support the operations team in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Help streamline and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates may also be considered).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
