Job Description

- As System Engineer I you will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability. You will perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization.
- You will implement monitoring for applications and servers, and respond to alarms in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation.
- You will deploy physical and virtual servers.
- You will complete assigned incident management tasks.
- You will deploy, setup, and maintain testing environments. And, you will provide Tier III and other support per service request.
Eligibility
- At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Freshers or at least 1 year of experience in any of the programming languages like C / C++ / Java / Python along with SQL and good communication skills.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Good working knowledge of SQL along with working knowledge of Linux, Scripting Knowledge
- Conceptual knowledge or work experience of Server Maintenance, Memory allocation
- Good communication (verbal & written)
