Should have experienced in implementing Add-ins, BUI Extensions, Customer Portal, connect for PHP, ROQL, Soap, Restful web services, Schedulers, Console App.
· Should have experienced in scripting using PHP, C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL.
· Oracle RightNow CX implementation, RightNow CX integration, ROQL, Process Designer, Analytics, Chat implementation, BUI.
· Experienced in configuring the agent desktop and automating business processes using contextual workspaces, workflows, agent scripting, business rules, custom objects, and custom scripts.
· Excellent Analytical Skills with strong interpersonal, oral & written communication capability.
· Service Level Agreements, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Management between multiple interfaces.
· Should have bit exposer in ODA (Oracle Digital Assistance) and OPA (Oracle Policy Automation).
