Wipro Mass Hiring Drive for Design Engineer
Job Description
- Analyzing business requirements, conduct solution impact analysis, develop As-IS & To-Be solution view, define & design As-Is and To-Be solution.
- Define solutions for given functional and nonfunctional requirements meeting and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct Solution options analysis on various parameters such as cost, security, capability, performance, availability etc.
- Design conceptual solution architecture, logical solution architecture and physical solution architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Produce functional design documentation for the applications and interfaces.
- Support Business Analysts, Data architects, Integration Architects to define and design individual solution components.
- Conduct reviews & secure approvals from Business, Solution Architecture group, Enterprise architecture Group, security group and Service Management group etc.
- Lead development, deployment, testing, Cutover and Go-Live activities
- Lead Service Transition and Handover
Qualifications:
Must have 12 to 18 years of experience in solution design, development, deployment, testing, cutover and Go-Live.
- Must have experience in stakeholder communications and ability to articulate and convince appropriate solutions.
- Solution Architecture in market facing systems for registration, prequalification, auctions/tenders, contract agreements and management, market reporting etc.
- Must have worked in Agile and Scaled Agile methodology based projects.
- Experience in solution design for high availability, high performance, market facing, scalable and cyber secured solutions.
- Experience in requirements analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis, solution analysis, conceptual solution architecture definition, logical and physical solution architecture.
Eligibility
- Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and user interface directly with key stakeholders
- Expertise in the craft of user interface design coupled with proficient visual design sensibility is desirable
- Ability to produce standardized, effective design communication to articulate user research insights, design concepts and final deliverables
- Solid experience in developing wireframes, and specifications and bring in User interface best practices and standards is a must
- User Experience expertise within a service development environment and domain knowledge, and experience in the financial services industry working on data-intensive, transaction-oriented applications are highly appreciated
