Sprinto Internship Program Eligibility Criteria :
Job Description:
- This is a paid internship opportunity of a fixed term of 3 months. After 3 months, based on various conditions, the individual will have an opportunity to be absorbed in a full time role or offered an extension of probation or the association ceased. The consolidated stipend for the period of internship would be INR 22K per month.
The individual would be expected to be online and available for 9 hours of the day (approx 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM with a lunch break in between. Generally, it would be a 5-day work week but there may be requirements to work on some Saturdays as an exception.
Required Technical
- Assisting Hiring Managers with their hiring activities
- Screening profiles for fitment
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Help out with various HR activities and initiatives
Qualification
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Hard working, committed
- Organized and reliable
- Result oriented individual with strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced & competitive environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong mindset
