Eligibility

• Educational Qualification : BBA/B. Com / BCA / MCA /B. E / M.E
• Spoken Languages : English – fluent
• Location: Bangalore/ Chennai

Skills

• Knowledge in Teams / Zoom and similar platforms to organize live events – nice to have
• Involves interactions with internal and external users and functions
• Ability to interact with different levels in the organizational hierarchy
• Excellent coordination abilities

Role Description

• Event Management: Organizing different Innovation programs
• Coordination with the marketing team for external and internal events
• Creation of posters / mailers using Adobe illustrator / online tools or similar software
• Hosting Internal and external events
• User of MS office: MS word, PowerPoint, excel
• Data collection and analysis
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, detail-oriented, flexible/ready to accept challenges
