Job Description
- Non technical process
- Get the information using data analysis tools and help their teams develop insights and business strategies
- Meeting SLA and TAT
- Meet the Productivity target
- Meet the attendance target
- Meet the internal Quality scores
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, Excellent Knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Hands on experience in Advance excel including Functions, Formulae, Pivot, Lookups, Data validation
- Moderate Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Generate both recurring and adhoc reports as needed.
- Design reporting formats to provide accurate information.
- Good time management and written communication skills
- Having knowledge in VBA Macros is added advantage.
- Basic knowledge in MS Access is added advantage
- Reports to TL

Qualification
